Professor Li Pei Wen is one of China’s leading oncologists in Chinese Medicine. He has more than 35 years of clinical and research experience in the prevention and treatment of cancer using integrated Western and Chinese medicine. From 1981 to 1984, he worked in the Oncology Department of Guang An Men Hospital in Beijing, and since 1984, he has worked as the Chief Physician and Director of the Chinese Medicine Oncology Department of the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital in Beijing.
Professor Li is the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Association of Oncology in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and he was the first to conduct trials on the external application of Chinese herbs in the treatment of malignant tumors.
His publications include: New Strategies in Combining Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Management of Cancer, Clinical Oncology with Combined Chinese and Western Medicine and Treatment of Cancer Complications. In addition to these texts, he has published more than 60 articles on cancer treatment in numerous Chinese medicine journals.
