This is a two-day live webinar presentation on the contemporary TCM approach in the management of Hypo and hyperthyroidism by Professor Ni Qing from the endocrinology Department of the Guangan’men Hospital in Beijing. Clinically, this formula can be used to treat diabetes because the combination of Ge Gen , Huang Qin and Huang Lian can effectively reduce the elevated blood sugar for diabetes patients. Other herbs such as Hong Qu and Huai Niu Xi can reduce blood pressure etc.

Professor Ni Qing will share with you some of key idodine containing Chinese herbs and when and how to apply them. In addition, Professor Ni Qing will feature the different symptoms of hyper and hypothyroidism and how to incorporate some key herbs associated with the management of these related symptoms.
